Find the number of your order differs depending on whether you placed and paid your order online (CB payment) or you are responsible for the order (grouper).

If you have paid directly online your order (credit card payment)
Your order number is available online.
Once connected to your organization's private space, identify yourself using the e-mail address you used when creating your account, by clicking on the "MY ACCOUNT" button.
Once logged in, go to "MY ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS".
When you see the list of your orders, the numbers appear in column 1:
On this same page, you can consult the details of your orders by clicking on "Details". The numbers of your orders also appear on these documents. For information, these order summaries are sent to you by e-mail after each order.
As an order manager (grouper)
The number of your orders is available online.
Once connected to the private space of your organization, identify yourself with the e-mail address you used when creating your account, by clicking on the "MY ACCOUNT" button.
Once identified, go to "GROUP ORDER DASHBOARD".
When the list of your orders is displayed, click on "Download my summary".
The number appears for each order below "Order".
