You can't find your order and you want to know if it has been taken into account.
If you have paid directly online your order (credit card payment)

Once connected to the private area of your organization, identify yourself with the e-mail you used to create your account, by clicking on the "MY ACCOUNT" button.
After logging in, go to "MY ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS".
When you see the list of your orders, if your order does not appear, it means that it has not been taken into account
More simply, if you do not receive the following e-mails, your order has not been processed:
- The e-mail with the payment receipt.
- The e-mail with the summary of your order.
If your order has not been taken into account, please try again.

As an order manager (grouper) with order entry only by you OR with order entry by your members (CB payments) and/or by you (payment by check)

After logging in, go to "GROUP ORDER DASHBOARD".
The list of orders will appear. If the order in question does not appear in the list, it has not been taken into account, please try to enter it again.
