After having checked the quantity and entirety of the products upon receipt in the presence of the carrier, if it turns out that a product is missing, damaged, or does not correspond to your order:

Write your comments on the delivery note given by the carrier,

Contact us within 3 days via the form "You have encountered a problem with your order".

Fill in the form: click on "Send a request" then select "You have encountered a problem with your order".

Send us a copy of the delivery note, as well as photos of the products so that we can see the breakage and/or describe the products received.
