If you are an order manager (grouper)
In order to change the location of your delivery, it is necessary to contact our customer service from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm at (+33) 0 805 037 730 or directly your sales consultant.
You will have to communicate :
- the new address of the place of delivery,

a contact, a phone number and an e-mail address,

the accessibility conditions of the new place of delivery in order to verify the adequacy of our means of transport,

a written confirmation at the end of our exchange to validate the new place of delivery.
Please note that no change of address can be made within 7 calendar days before the initial delivery date.
